FlowTech702 LLC Refund & Service Policy

FlowTech702 LLC provides professional fuel injector cleaning, testing, and servicing of customer-supplied fuel injectors. Because our services involve labor performed on customer-owned components, the following refund and service terms apply.

Payment

Payment is required before injectors are shipped to FlowTech702 LLC for service.

Once cleaning, testing, or other service work has been performed, service charges are non-refundable except as specifically provided below for failed or unserviceable injectors.

Failed or Unserviceable Injectors

Not every injector can be restored through cleaning or servicing. Injectors may have electrical, mechanical, internal, or other failures that cleaning cannot correct.

If an injector fails testing or is determined to be unserviceable, the normal service charge for that injector will not apply. Instead, a $10 diagnostic fee per failed or unserviceable injector will be charged.

Any applicable difference between the prepaid service amount and diagnostic fee will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.

Service Results

FlowTech702 LLC does not guarantee that every injector submitted for service can be restored to proper operating condition.

Before-and-after test results represent injector performance under our testing conditions at the time the injector is tested. Results do not constitute a guarantee of future injector performance or the operation of the customer's vehicle.

Vehicle performance can be affected by many components and systems unrelated to the fuel injectors.

Injector Compatibility

FlowTech702 LLC services gasoline port fuel injectors and direct-injection injectors (GDI).

Please contact us before ordering service for side-feed or unusual injector types to confirm that we can service your specific injectors.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that the injectors submitted are appropriate for their application and for properly removing, packaging, shipping, and reinstalling their injectors.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for removal, installation, diagnosis, towing, vehicle downtime, rental vehicle costs, or other expenses associated with removing or reinstalling injectors.
