FlowTech702 LLC Shipping Policy

FlowTech702 LLC provides professional fuel injector cleaning, testing, and servicing through our mail-in service. Local drop-off and pickup service is also available by appointment only.

Payment Required Before Shipping

A valid, paid service order is required before injectors are shipped to FlowTech702 LLC.

Customers should not ship injectors to FlowTech702 LLC before completing their service order and payment.

Shipping Your Injectors to FlowTech702 LLC

After placing and paying for your service order, securely package your injectors and ship them to:

To help us quickly identify your shipment when it arrives, please include one of the following inside your package:

• Preferred: A printed copy of your order confirmation; or
• A piece of paper with your name and order number clearly written on it.

For the fastest processing, we recommend printing your order confirmation and placing it inside the package with your injectors.

Customers are responsible for shipping their injectors to FlowTech702 LLC and for all costs associated with the inbound shipment.

Injectors must be packaged securely to prevent movement or damage during transportation. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and purchasing adequate shipping insurance based on the value of the injectors, particularly for rare, valuable, or difficult-to-replace injectors.

Customers should retain their inbound tracking information until their order has been completed and returned.

Shipping & Receiving Address

213 N Stephanie St, G110, Henderson, NV 89074 is our shipping and receiving address for mailed packages only.

This address is not FlowTech702 LLC's physical service location and is not a walk-in customer location.

Please do not visit this address to drop off or pick up injectors.

Local Drop-Offs and Pickups

Local drop-offs and pickups are available by appointment only at our separate physical service location.

The physical service location address is provided directly to the customer after an appointment has been scheduled and confirmed.

Unscheduled walk-ins, drop-offs, and pickups cannot be accommodated.

Customers wishing to arrange a local drop-off or pickup should contact FlowTech702 LLC in advance to schedule an appointment.

Customers shipping injectors do not need an appointment.

Unpaid, Unidentified, or Unsolicited Shipments

Injectors received without a corresponding valid, paid service order will not be tested, cleaned, or serviced until payment has been received and the shipment has been matched to a customer order.

If injectors are received without a paid order, FlowTech702 LLC will make reasonable efforts to identify and contact the sender using information provided with the shipment or information reasonably available from the shipping carrier.

The sender must either:

1. Complete and pay for the appropriate FlowTech702 LLC service order; or

2. Arrange and pay for return shipping of the injectors.

Return shipping is included only with a paid injector service. FlowTech702 LLC will not pay return shipping for injectors sent to us without a valid paid service order.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for delays caused by injectors being shipped without a valid paid order, without identifying information, or without sufficient information to determine the sender or intended service.

Customers are responsible for responding to our attempts to contact them and making arrangements for their property.

Injectors or other property that remain unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the sender will be retained or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable Nevada law. FlowTech702 LLC does not waive any rights it may have under applicable law regarding reasonable storage, handling, shipping, or other costs associated with unsolicited or unclaimed property.

Return Shipping

Standard return shipping within the United States is included in the advertised service price for completed, paid injector services.

Once service is complete, injectors will be securely packaged and shipped to the return address provided with the customer's order. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate return shipping address.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to FlowTech702 LLC because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to receive the package, or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to send the package again.

Turnaround Time

Our normal service turnaround is 24–48 hours after the injectors are received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Turnaround time refers to the time required to perform the injector service and does not include inbound or return shipping transit time.

The 24–48 hour turnaround applies to injectors that can be serviced using components normally stocked by FlowTech702 LLC. Injectors requiring uncommon, application-specific, unavailable, or special-order seals, filters, or other service components may require additional processing time.

If we determine that required service components must be ordered and this will delay completion beyond our normal turnaround time, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Turnaround times are estimates and may also be affected by injector condition, service volume, parts availability, equipment availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring while a shipment is in the possession or control of a shipping carrier.

If a return shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, FlowTech702 LLC will reasonably assist the customer by providing available tracking information and assisting with the available carrier claim process.

FlowTech702 LLC does not provide replacement injectors or reimbursement for the value of injectors lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Customers shipping valuable, rare, discontinued, or difficult-to-replace injectors are strongly encouraged to purchase adequate insurance for their inbound shipment.

Customer Responsibility for Packaging

Customers are responsible for adequately packaging injectors sent to FlowTech702 LLC.

Injectors should be protected from impact and securely contained so they cannot move freely inside the shipping package.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging of an inbound shipment.

Injector Compatibility

FlowTech702 LLC services gasoline port fuel injectors and direct-injection injectors (GDI).

Please contact us before ordering service for side-feed or unusual injector types to confirm service compatibility.
