FlowTech702 LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to fuel injector cleaning, testing, diagnostic, and related services provided by FlowTech702 LLC.

By purchasing a service from FlowTech702 LLC and submitting injectors for service, the customer agrees to these terms.

Authorization to Perform Service

By submitting injectors to FlowTech702 LLC, the customer authorizes FlowTech702 LLC to inspect, operate, test, clean, and otherwise service the submitted injectors as reasonably necessary to perform the service purchased.

Customer-Supplied Components

FlowTech702 LLC services customer-owned fuel injectors.

The customer represents that they own the submitted components or otherwise have authorization to have those components serviced.

The condition and serviceability of used fuel injectors cannot be determined solely by visual inspection. Pre-existing electrical, mechanical, internal, corrosion, contamination, wear, or other damage may prevent an injector from operating correctly even after cleaning.

Service Packages and Matched Injector Sets

FlowTech702 LLC service packages and advertised package pricing apply to one matched set of injectors from the same vehicle/application.

Injectors from multiple vehicles, different applications, or otherwise unrelated injector sets may not be combined into a single service package for the purpose of obtaining package pricing.

Separate injector sets must be submitted as separate service orders.

Matched sets containing more than eight (8) injectors require the customer to contact FlowTech702 LLC for pricing before placing an order or shipping the injectors.

If the injectors received do not correspond to the service package purchased, FlowTech702 LLC may place the order on hold and contact the customer to arrange the appropriate service order and any additional payment required before service begins.

Failed or Unserviceable Injectors

If an injector fails testing or is determined to be unserviceable, the normal service charge for that injector will not apply.

A $10 diagnostic fee per failed or unserviceable injector will instead be charged.

When service has been prepaid, any applicable difference between the prepaid service charge and diagnostic fee will be refunded to the customer's original payment method.

No Guarantee of Repair

Cleaning and servicing cannot correct every injector failure.

FlowTech702 LLC does not guarantee that every injector submitted can be restored to proper operating condition.

Testing and reports describe injector performance under FlowTech702 LLC's testing conditions at the time testing is performed and do not guarantee future performance.

Vehicle Diagnosis

Fuel injector testing evaluates the injectors themselves. It does not constitute a diagnosis of the customer's complete fuel system, engine, electrical system, engine-management system, or vehicle.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for vehicle problems caused by components or conditions unrelated to the injector service performed.

Removal and Installation

FlowTech702 LLC provides fuel injector servicing only unless otherwise expressly stated.

The customer is solely responsible for properly removing and reinstalling the injectors.

All costs associated with injector removal and installation are the customer's responsibility.

FlowTech702 LLC will not reimburse labor charges or other expenses associated with removing or reinstalling injectors, including situations in which an injector subsequently requires additional inspection, testing, or service.

Related Expenses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for expenses resulting from vehicle diagnosis, injector removal or installation, towing, transportation, rental vehicles, vehicle downtime, loss of use, lost profits, or similar incidental or consequential expenses.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping their injectors to FlowTech702 LLC.

Standard return shipping within the United States is included in the advertised service price unless otherwise stated.

FlowTech702 LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring while injectors are in the possession of a shipping carrier.

FlowTech702 LLC will reasonably assist customers with available tracking information and carrier claim procedures but does not provide replacement injectors or reimbursement for the value of injectors lost, stolen, or damaged during transportation.

Turnaround

Our normal service turnaround is 24–48 hours after the injectors are received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Turnaround time refers to the time required to perform the injector service and does not include inbound or return shipping transit time.

The 24–48 hour turnaround applies to injectors that can be serviced using components normally stocked by FlowTech702 LLC. Injectors requiring uncommon, application-specific, unavailable, or special-order seals, filters, or other service components may require additional processing time.

If we determine that required service components must be ordered and this will delay completion beyond our normal turnaround time, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Turnaround times are estimates and may also be affected by injector condition, service volume, parts availability, equipment availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Injector Compatibility

FlowTech702 LLC services gasoline port fuel injectors and direct-injection injectors (GDI).

Customers should contact FlowTech702 LLC before ordering service for side-feed or unusual injector types.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTech702 LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to an injector service shall not exceed the amount actually paid to FlowTech702 LLC for the affected service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTech702 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the service, transportation, installation, removal, use, failure, or condition of customer-supplied injectors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

FlowTech702 LLC may update these Terms of Service periodically. The terms applicable to an order are those presented or otherwise applicable at the time the order is placed.
